Three days, room held for you
A 50% deposit holds your date and the balance is due on the day. Sessions running past a booked block continue at the hourly rate. Have an unusual project or a longer run of days? Ask and we will quote it.
If the number is not your number
Tell us. Honestly.
The rates on this page are what a session costs, and they are competitive for what you get. They are not a wall.
Everybody here has been the broke band at some point. If a block is out of reach, if you need to split it across paydays, if you are a student, or if you are making something we would want to hear finished, say so. We would rather make the record than defend a price list.
Longer runs of days are negotiable as a matter of course. So is anything unusual. Ask.
How the room works
A private room, not a storefront.
Certified sits on private land, and only one session runs at a time. That is the whole reason the place sounds and feels the way it does. Nobody is packing up around you, and there is no front desk watching the clock.
It also means we like to speak to you before you drive out. A couple of minutes on the phone tells us both whether this is the right room for what you are making. Once your date is set, the exact address and parking details come with your confirmation.
Getting started
Three ways in. All of them reach Ryan.
There is no anonymous checkout here, and that is on purpose. Start a conversation and the rest is quick.

Questions
Before you book.
How do I book?
Start with a text or a short call rather than a checkout page. Tell us what you are making and roughly when you want in, and we will come back with open dates and a straight number. Once the date is set we send a booking link, take a deposit to hold it, and the exact address comes with your confirmation.
What if the rate does not work for me?
Say so. The rates here are real and competitive, but they are not a wall. Longer runs of days are negotiable as a matter of course, and if you are a student, splitting across paydays, or making something we would want to hear finished, tell us and we will try to make it work.
Where exactly are you?
In the hills about ten minutes north of the New Milford Green, on private land. Only one session runs at a time, which is why the place is quiet and unhurried. Sessions are arranged in advance rather than dropped in on, and the exact address and parking details come with your confirmation.
Can I book more than one day?
Yes, and a lot of people do. A retreat block holds the room across consecutive days so your gear stays exactly where you set it. Tell us your dates and we'll help you sort out where to stay.
Do I need to bring gear?
Only what you love playing. Amps, cabs, drums, keys, and a PA are already here, along with a wall of guitars and basses you're welcome to use.
Can I book just a rehearsal?
Absolutely. The Live Room books by the hour with the backline included, and the ten-hour band card is the cheapest way to lock in a regular slot.
Do you shoot music videos?
Yes. The studio doubles as a set with tapestry backdrops, stage lighting, ring lights, and a projector. Most people bundle a content day onto a recording session.
Ready to create your masterpiece?
Tell us what you're working on and when you'd like to be in. We'll confirm your session and send the studio address.
